AVCon Layout - K GO!
I present the map of the main hall of AVCon, an image from our Exhibitors package. Currently, I am thinking about how to arrange everything in the Video Games section and now you can too! Simply get out your best ms paint skills and show me what goes where. I've thought of a few layouts but there's so many combinations at the moment that ppl can come up with totally different floor plans than what I've been thinking of.

A few things that must go into this map.
- Tournament stage with screen (20ft screen)
- Seating for tournament stage
- Freeplay table hubs (we'll be using 4 trestle tables pushed together in a square formation)
- Tables for tournaments
- Area for Independent Games display (roughly a 5x5 square or around there)
- Mature Gaming Area
- LAN Area for roughly 8-10 computers
- Staff, Library, Technical Operators booth
And feel free to design the foyer area as well, we're thinking artists, art, chill out, kiddy corner, maid cafe.
