Meaning:
1. The right of men to express their opinions in favour of literally anything, even to the point of encouraging and condoning the abuse, destruction, rape and killing of animals, women, gays, and all other oppressed groups;
2. The privilege of women who agree with men that the abuse, destruction, rape and killing of oppressed group X is perfectly alright, and no, that these men are not bigots at all for liking such things! Also bestowed solely by men.
3. A crime. This usage applies only when radical Feminists or other women critical of the superior male gender and their right to abuse, rape, and consume women's bodies try to speak. Because few Western countries explicitly state that these women must be silenced, you cannot prosecute them - feel free to destroy them in any other manner, including hacking and overloading their websites, threatening to rape, murder, beat or stab them, or any combination of the aforementioned, smearing them publicly as "anti-sex", "ugly", "fat", "hairy", "prudes", "Nazis", and "man haters".
