What a mediocre welcome I've received so far.
I appreciate the welcomes from the happy patrons of this large city, but a few of them have already become quite irritating; one of which I've met before and will tolerate for the time being.
Luckily, Gin was standing outside of the modest cafe as promised, so things have gone smoothly so far. This place serves an enormous selection of things and I'm very pleased with the cinnamon coffee I chose. I haven't asked Gin about lodgings yet but I have had an offer already from a very polite resident, so I may have to take them up on it.
My apologies to anyone whom I may have upset with my previous rant. I was merely stressed from the transition and fazed by my new surroundings. Chloe especially, please accept my apology. I was only making a generalized observation and I did not intend to personally attack you. On the contrary, you are rather attractive and I would not, in good conscience, insult a beauty such as yourself.
