Food, Exercise, Books and Audiobooks.

So I've really been enjoying Jillian Michaels' "30-Day Shred." It's fun, and quick... and a good jumping-off point by which to start my daily workouts! Although, I'm sure at some point it will become boring, as it's already become kind of easy for me. Does anyone have a recommendation? My only criteria are: I only have the space available in our small living room... I do not have weights, or any other equipment... and I'd like it to be fun. Also, I would prefer a program that has illegal torrents available.

I've also really gotten into reading about and watching documentaries about... food. I've always loved food, as my rotund appearance has shown over the years. (Please note, I am aware that I am no-longer "rotund"... don't everybody jump down my throat about having an eating disorder!) I've read most of "The Omnivore's Dilemma", and I listened to the entire audiobook of "In Defense of Food." I've also watched "Food, Inc.", "Supersize Me", "The Future of Food", the documentary of John Robbins' "Diet for a New America", as well as Michael Moore's "Capitalism: A Love Story" (which was largely about the corruption within the U.S. food industry.) I've also really enjoyed what I've seen of the new ABC show "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution." Does anyone have any recommendations for more books/audiobooks/movies/tv shows like these?

It's really cool to read/watch/listen to these things about food, and eating in ways that are more healthy and better for the environment, and even more socially responsible. It's fun to see that H and I already do most of the things that these books/movies/etc. recommend! Seriously, apart from 2 or 3 things we buy that come from major companies, we've gone totally organic/hippy/healthy! Our next step is to start baking our own bread. After that there's really not that much more we could do, short of growing all our own everything!
