I don't know which time was worse. They demanded sacrifices from us to save our worlds, but at least then, we knew what they wanted. It was awful, and for all we know, it didn't mean a thing-but a lot of us have gone home in the time between then and now and our worlds are still there, so... maybe.
But that thing is looking for its son. To think it's Adrastus... And the gods know what the hell it will do to get to him. I should probably get out there, just in case.
