Yes. The People called him the force's golden fairy before he was promoted. I wouldn't be surprised if they still do. We trained together in Academy.

The usual. Spotless record, huge number of successful recons. I was told he held the line at Police Plaza when the goblin rebellion flared up in Haven City. And he believed my innocence when our previous commander, Julius Root, was murdered; I was framed for that one.

Yes. But the acting commander at the time still didn't trust me, so I quit the force and opened my own PI business. Didn't last very long, though-about a year into that, I was recruited by a special ops division of the LEP.
