Guidelines: We've updated both our Author Guidelines and Quidditch Assistant Guidelines. You can view either of them right here.

The Broomshed: It was brought to our attention that our icons in the broomshed could be accessed by those under age. Technically, if you want to read a story that is RT rated, you have to log in. However, it was pointed out you didn't have to be logged in to view the icons. In light of this comment from a member we revised our icons. In time, we will be protecting that area further but eFiction is a tricky lady who doesn't like most of what you do to her.

Demelza House Fundraiser: Our fundraiser was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who participated. We've donated $500 already and will be making a second donation later this month. You can read all the stories here and view the artwork here

August Monthly Challenge: The August Monthly Challenge, Anything Goes generated a huge response. Thank you to everyone who participated in this one as well. The deadline has been extended to September 6, so if you haven't participated yet and would like to, there's still time.

September Monthly Challenge: Phoenix Rising and The Quidditch Pitch are proud to present:
Come one, come all to our Masquerade ball. We'll revel in music, scrumptious food, and the dance. A parade of masques will hide you from the maddening crowd--no spells are required, no potions allowed. Masquerade--Let the spectacle astound you.
The Quidditch Pitch and Phoenix Rising have partnered for a challenge. Challenge submissions will open on September 1st 2006 and run through September 30th 2006, with the winner being announced on October 7th 2006.
