Alright, LJ friends.
I've decided what I'm doing after I get out of the military.
I'm going to try to go to school to be an RN. It scares the hell out of me, but I'm up for the challenge. I want to help people, and I thrive off of stress and quick-thinking, and helping people is the best high ever (even when they're too grumpy to appreciate it).
I'm going to start taking prerequisite classes in January. I can get at LEAST 6-10 classes knocked out before I even get out of the military, and that will save me so much time and money once I get out there.
Have you, or do you know anyone who has, gone through Nursing school and can give me some insight? I'd appreciate it so much!
