Woot, kitchen stuff!
I bought a few more kitchen things today. Oh man, being in the kitchen-ware/gourmand store was like being in heaven. I think i'm in love.
I booooought,
-A dough/pastry scraper/cutter (to go with my marble pastry board, woo!)
-A mini plane for grating fresh nutmeg, cinnamon etc
-And a set of cake decorating tips with the cloth bag. Oh man.
Cakes children, and cupcakes, and anything that can be iced will become my new canvas. I'm gonna decorate the shit outta many a baked good! YAY! OH COOKIES TOO, YEAH!
Especially awesome, cause it's my birthday soon and I think I want to bake a chocolate cake for it. Chocolate with strawberry filling, white chocolate icing and strawberry glaze. Oh man. Oh man oh man. CAN'T WAIT.
The scrapper's good for chocolate making too. I think i'll have to try that soon.
Next up on the list,
Mortar & Pestle (for the making of many an herb slather or dressing)
Bamboo steamer
Rammekins
Everything else can wait, I want those first.
