Review: Plucky Pennywhistle's Magical Menagerie
New, cracky episode - new normal review XD
(And why of course I had to recheck and copy the title from somewhere else)
First thought that popped up during the episode? That the opening reminded me of "Yellow Fever" although this time it was Sam running from clowns instead of Dean from a little cute yorki. hehe.
And this has to be said. 90% of the time I do not like Sam in a FBI suit or any suit because then his hair is always so flat and it does not look good when it's this long. But whenever he's in his own everyday clothes I think he looks smashingly adorable! Especially with added glitter and fluffy hair! Now that is my new kink! KickedAroundHurtSamWithGlitterYetInAGoodMood mhm haha
Anyway I'm a huge fan of the cracky episodes of Supernatural. Especially if Ben Edlund is behind them. "Tall Tales" is one of my all time favorites, "Mystery Spot" a classic, "Changing Channels" very much loved and "Clap Your Hands" is freakin' adorable. So when I heard unicorns were gonna pop up how could I not love that? And there was no need to kill it! Yey! I'm very touchy about animal killings lol.
I was a little dissapointed in the episode though. It started brilliant, but kinda lost it charm throughout, but then ended adorably! So no huge dissapointment. It was all in all very cute, cracky episode.
Could they have picked a more adorable horse for the killer unicorn? Made the horse girl in me 'awwwwww' for the longest time. Even when the fella' got speared I was like "Awww unicorn!" I bet the writers has died to write in a unicorn since season 2!
There's many things that were win for me though. Anything from something small like the stoned lion dude hardly able to open the bloody door in his hurry to bad cop Sam sucking so badly at being bad cop LOL. HILARIOUS! Soulless Sam wound turn over in his grave if he saw that hahahaha.
Ya know the ballroom pit? The first thing I thought was BAZINGA!!! I've watched too much Big Bang Theory!!
The Kelly girl. The one drawing octopus on the ground. I thought there was something familiar about her. Has she been on Supernatural earlier? Anyone knows?
The boys motel room looked Hawaiian style. I love the random styles they come up with for these rooms lol.
I wonder how Sam can fight the most evil shit walking around yet being so afraid of clowns. The only clown I'd rather stay away from is Ledger's Joker LOL
From the preview clip earlier this week I already knew we did now get the cutest "Sammy" comment EVER! In my opinion anyway. I just melted everytime I heard the way Dean said "Sammii?" *Oh - there I melt again* I like how Sam was teasing Dean in the previous episode and now it was Dean's revenge time hahaha. How I love them when they're brotherly!
Dean hanging around at Plucky's just got worse by him trying to win one of those damn slinkys or what they're called LOL. I was all "Sit down goddamnit!" haha. Big baby. That's what he is!
But then how freakin' precious was it when Sam gave Dean a slinky at the end then? That was to die for! The ending had me all too fuzzy! Glittery Sam, happy Dean, slinkys and clown dolls...
So a lot of good in the episode and it's def. one of the best episodes this season (though I'm starting to wonder if anything will ever beat 7x02 lol). A very needed episode if you ask me! But I am very ready for next week for spoilery reasons lol.
