I ran my first 5K this morning! I have no idea what my time was because my roommate and I got the times mixed up and started almost 20 minutes behind the rest of the pack. Due to that fact I was literally the last runner to cross the finish line (my roommate is faster than me of course) but there were walkers behind me so I wasn't the last last person. But I ran the entire time so I was proud of that.
Stuck in the Ville this weekend, my roommate and I are keeping ourselves occupied with our new dvd player some shopping on the side. We are buying new running shoes tomorrow as a congratulations for finishing our race. Life here in (rural) central Ohio is getting to be pretty monotonous.
