Movin to Portland
Well, today I called on a room to rent in Portland. I had expected to just get some info but the guy seemed pretty nice and the room really sounded exactly like what I was looking for so I went ahead and agreed to rent it. I am gonna send them the deposit on tuesday when I get paid.
From the sound of it there is one room for rent (mine now) that is about 10x10 and a small den that I can use as additional living space. I will also have free access to the rest of the house (necessary of course since the bathroom and kitchen are both there). Anyway its gonna rock and at 100$ dep and $325 rent I cant beat it. I am also happy that will be living with two homos :) I didnt really want to live with a girl, and most of the rooms Ive found would have female roommates. I also didnt really want to live with straight people. (straight people are nice enough but it sometimes gets a bit wierd and creepy no matter how much I love em).
Anyway - If I can manage to get there in Aug I shall (although I will probably be in a cast until Sept and if so they said that is when I can start paying instead.
