It's the second day, and I'm already breaking the mold for the series by having multiple videos. . .
Saul Bass was an influential graphic designer, probably best known for his work in film. His distinct style can be seen, for instance, in the title sequences of
Anatomy of a Murder,
It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World, and in the ending credits to
West Side Story. The modern look and feel of his work was used by others, and now it has acquired a sort of retro-mod look to present audiences as evidenced by the style-homage in the credits of
Catch Me If You Can.
Of course, the question arises, what if Saul Bass had worked on more films? In honor of
