There's a relatively new video circulating around of a live action Simpsons intro. It's pretty impressive. There are also a couple people at CSU Pomona who have constructed a map of Springfield. It took me a while to find Moe's, but it was right where it should be. Here are some links to math on the Simpsons and math on Futurama, and finally, one can have the Simpsons be a springboard to philosophy in Simpsons and Philosophy: The D'oh! of Homer.
