I find it rather frightening that as people get older, they tend to have fewer and fewer close friends. Why is that? Too much time devoted to work, life partners or whatever? I know that all of my friends will always be a huge part of my life, no matter who I am dating or married to, or even in I'm in the clergy . . . I just don't understand how people can just stop having fun with someone else. It just doesn't compute.
