we just got our digital cable....i ordered it 3 weeks ago and it took them this long to get it to us...grrr...anyway.....if any of you have cox digtal, then you get channel in the "free zone" of on demand called "something weird". The whole channel is all old PSA from high schools from the 60's and other random cartoons, i think i have an addiction....

anyway, things in Alex-land have been pretty decent. Esme came down from berkley and we hung out a little bit. We went to the musuem of contemperary art, they have a really cool installation with a big dinner table, folding card table, and chairs to match that were big enough for you to walk under. and they have a program where people under 25 get in for free :D

We also celebrated Chris's b-day at a new bar down the street from me called the pink elephant. It was pretty chill on his birthday, not a lot of people, cheap strong drinks and a pool tables. But every time we've been back it's been pretty crowded. o well.

I've been doing drag at a near by gay bar called Bacchus House. I don't suck like everyone else, so they've already asked me to come back and preform. And I pulled in more tips than any of the other preformers combined! I like doing drag now, not b/c I want to look as manly as possible, but just b/c it's fun and I enjoy it. I changed my drag name from Doug Inner to Whiskey Dick...b/c I thought it was funnier. Sometimes I do girl drag too, but I haven't in a while.

As far as my transion goes, things are pretty good. I think i pass about 95% of the time. For some reason the people at my neihborhood Panda Express still call me "m'am"....i have a friggin goatee....a little one, but it's pretty noticeable.

It's been really hot lately. The weather bar I have on my computer says it's 80degrees, but it feels a lot hotter. The poor cats are dying. Maximus is on the coffee table sleeping and Zombie is sleeping on his back in front of the door with all his limbs spread out.
