(ooc: Vidal's in Zero for kidnapping and torturing Jack and trying to kill Armand and yeah -- most of his death toll got shaken off during the flood. Now he's pacing his cell and knocking his knuckles against the bars as he passes them. He has been doing this for HOURS.)
