Well, here's a couple of my favourites which I consider to be reasonably easy to listen to:

& hearts Do You Love Me?
&hearts Henry Lee (featuring PJ Harvey)
&hearts Into My Arms
&hearts Mack the Knife (cover)

Tried searching for "Rogue Wave - Lake Michigan" but Limewire says no. Do you have it to upload?

Well, well, we meet again, venturous1.

He has been my greatest obsession for as long as I can remember - for, you know, life did not truly begin before I discovered him. :)

captain_tulip says this; for me it was Robert Smith. Let us not discuss ca. 1978 Robert Smith, who is as death unto my capabilities of reason. (which is creepy since that's the year I was born) But... well.. yeah. Nick Cave. And stuff. The boy I used to date in early college (~1998) worked in a record store (if such a thing can be said to have meaning in the CD era, although they did still sell used records and self-produced 45s), and thus was I introduced to Nick Cave.

You know what, I'm going to shut up now. Reminiscing isn't often interesting from someone who's actually 60 that you listen to out of respect. I'm less than half that age, so I'm on an even lower rung of the ladder.

I enjoy the Nick Cave songs, Tulip, particularly Into My Arms. ah, lovely resonant crooning voice.

Robert Smith, hmmm hypnotic, dark and wonderfully corrupting of reason.

Age? feh! I am too old for this nonsense, and loving every minute of it. Rock and roll boys, glowering wizards, what's not to love?

"Are You The One I've Been Waiting For" is my favourite off the one album I still have, but it occurs to me with amusement that that disc also has "Green Eyes" and "Black Hair". liek woah. *giggles*

He's gone a bit to seed, but then, don't we all, eventually. In terms of the sound of his voice I like ca. Boys Don't Cry the best, when he was in his early twenties. I've kind of given up on the Cure -- I don't like much of anything past Bloodflowers.

Into My Arms is a beautiful song, yes. One of my absolute favourites. &hearts

Pity the video is such utter shite. [/unpopular opinion]
