Real bad
Yesterday my mom was cleaning out the desktop and it deleted a bunch of files. One of them may have been an important sims file
Today I went to start up the launcher to play the game (obviously) and get an update photographed but it the lanucher won't really work...It gives me amessage saying this:

Go to your EA Games folder in your Program Files, then go to the folder of whatever your game launches from (in my case, Mansion & G was my latest install so I go to that). The TSBin folder holds the executables. Right-click on the .exe for your EP (in my case, it's called Sims2EP9.exe) and create a shortcut, then place the shortcut on your desktop. Done!
If you have current shortcuts that you'd like to switch to the main .exe (like shortcuts in the start menu or the quicklauncher), just right-click the shortcut and open up its properties. In the target box, replace 'Sims2Launcher.exe' with whatever executable that you use (so I would put Sims2EP9.exe there instead).
