Today was my first day of work. The children...the children are...hyperactive. Disruptive. Unruly. This will not be as easy as I had hoped. The parents here seem to do a downright terrible job of rearing their children. It should not be a teacher's responsibility to raise a child.
Nevertheless, I am not deterred. Instilling discipline will simply be more difficult than I had originally hoped, but far from impossible.
