It has been brought to my attention that a number of people have assaulted and/or threatened a person who has just recently arrived here in Memento Eden. So far, this man has had hot coffee thrown in his face, been struck in the forehead with a guitar, and suffered various other forms of injury.
This is completely unacceptable. This sort of behavior goes against the law. If I happen to see any such behavior myself while on duty, I will arrest the perpetrator on the spot without hesitation. I do not care what kind of man this newcomer is; everyone is equal before the law, and the laws are meant to be enforced and kept, not broken.
