A blizzard and an earthquake on the same morning.
I shit you not.
4:00 this morning, while the wind's whipping up the snowdrifts outside, I'm sound asleep in my nice warm bed, and Tiger's all curled up at the foot of it. Then my bed starts jiggling like someone's grabbing it by the footposts and shaking it. All my little trinkets on my windows and shelves start clattering. Tiger starts looking around the room like an invisible man is grabbing his tail. This lasts about ten seconds and then it stops. I'm barely awake and I dismiss it as a truck or snow plow rumbling by. I go back to sleep.
Two hours later mom walks into my room, grinning ear-to-ear. "Did you feel the earthquake?! :D"
