016: On a rooftop somewhere...
[Those who might be looking upward this evening may see a familiar figure standing on top of the newly-rebuilt Community Building #4. Harkness is surveying the town, his coat billowing behind him in the slight breeze as he oversees the movements below. After a time, the voice function on his journal clicks on.]
This may all be putting itself back together, but it doesn't feel right. Something's off, and I intend to find out what it is. Time is... hm. Hard to say. At least now it's easier to get out and around the town.
Anyone else with a... feeling like this, let me know.
