Phew. It's been ages since I've had chance to update this- it's been an odd few weeks. Pretty much everything that's happened to me in these weeks has been a bit grown up, and I really don't like it

I think it would be overhasty to avoid London because of this single group of people. But I might do it anyway- best to be on the safe side.
