I watched Atonement tonight with ibonekoen  and while it was really good, I feel like I'm going to cry forever.  Seriously though, I just started up again, I think my heart literally hurts.  It was good though, the cinematography was gorgeous and I do love period/WWII stuff.  But yeah.  It's probably going to haunt me for awhile.

Dear customers,

Throwing your cart at an employee from across the parking lot is considered to be bad form.  Our 70 lbs carts actually hurt when they hit us; we are, shockingly, not made of a cart-resistant material. 

Tomorrow’s Friday, I got the word I’ve got it easy at work and I got a big project accomplished today.  So, sitting on the couch with a heating pad on my back and watching Babylon 5 and it’s completely wonderful.

Except for the season 5 theme change.  Disapprove.  The intro is awesome and badass and gave me chills, but the new theme is lame :/ ( Read more... )

I rode in a forklift cage today.  It was pretty random.

So after a lecture the day after commencement, Mom has actually laid off of me about getting a job and is now moving into the supportive method.  It helps a lot that I've been explaining things like "If a place is not hiring and I give them an application, they will NEVER look at it again because they hire people who come in while they're hiring ( Read more... )
