Good News
My grandpa is in the hospital again, it's...pretty bad this time, he's on oxygen and in a lot of pain. They're going back, yet again, to the theory that it's cancer, probably lung cancer.
He's always been very stubborn and hard headed about a lot of things, and for a very long time he has blasphemed God. When he had his second bypass surgery several years ago, he started asking questions, but that window closed very fast and as soon as that was overwith, he was back where he was. This morning he received the Lord, with my aunt, who is a very strong Christian. She asked him if he wanted to go to heaven and he said yes. She prayed with him. We're all pretty sure that he doesn't have much longer, but now we know he has forever.
