Winter Wonderland
“It's beautiful,” Andrew smiled as Jason linked his fingers with his.
“Much like you.” Jason smiled. The normally boring park had been transformed into the perfect scene for a Christmas card. “Where do you want to go first?”
“Can we get our tickets for ice skating?” Andrew asked excitedly. Jason giggled and nodded his head. They walked through the enchanted park, fake snow falling around them. They walked hand in hand to the line, Andrew had his arms wrapped around his waist holding him close.
“Cold?” Jason asked. Andrew nodded his head. Jason turned around, pressed his body up against him, arms wrapping around his neck, he pulled him down and kissed him softly. Andrew smiled holding him tighter.
The line went down quickly and they got the tickets for the outdoor ice ring. It was packed solid and they had to come back in an hour. They linked hands once more and headed to the ride area. “You want to go on the Ferris wheel?” Jason asked.
“You're scared of heights.” Andrew said. Jason shrugged. “It's like high.”
“You want to go on it. I saw the way your eyes lit up when you saw it Pandy.” Andrew shrugged. “Come on.”
“But...”
“I'll be fine as long as I have my big strapping hero beside me.” Jason smiled. Andrew giggles.
“Maybe I should wear tights.” Andy giggled.
“Now that's something I'd like to see.” Jason chuckled.
As they got in the line Jason started to panic. He really did hate heights. He had no idea why he even suggested going on it. Though he knew he just wanted to make Andrew happy. He'd do anything to make him happy. Andrew wrapped his arms around him and held him tight. They got to the line and paid the dollar before sitting in the small ride. Andrew took his hand and squeezed tight. A few minutes later the ride started to move and Jason gulped.
“It really is beautiful.” Andrew said a light giggle in his voice. “You know, you'd be able to see how beautiful it is too if you open your eyes.”
“Its... I can see how beautiful it is, cause I know I'm facing you.” Jason replied. Andrew blushed, he brought Jason's hand up to his mouth and kissed it softly. Jason smiled. The ride continued slowly until it stopped at the top.
“Why we stopped?” Jason asked panicking.
“Open your eyes.” Andrew said softly. Jason shook his head. Andrew rolled his eyes, leant forward slightly and pressed his lips against Jason's. They kissed slowly, when Andrew pulled away he smiled. “Open your eyes baby.”
Jason's eyes fluttered open and all he could see was Andrew. “I was right it is beautiful.” Andrew blushed and kissed him again.
Once the ride was over Jason stood up a little shaky and Andrew guided him over to the ice rink. Jason had his arms around Andrew's waist, once they had their skates on they went on the ice and started to glide slowly over the ice.
Andrew couldn't believe he was lucky to have Jason, it had been an amazing six months together. Jason grinned at him as though he was thinking the exact same thing. “Happy Anniversary.” Andrew smiled.
“Happy Anniversary.” Jason smiled back. He pulled in close and kissed him softly.
