This SOTU is different from the typical ones that people fill out because I'm mostly going to ramble about recent threads and events. It's wildly self-indulgent and likely not even remotely interesting to anyone besides possibly other One Piece characters. As such, it's very skippable.

I LOVE YOUR USOPP. It's always enjoyable to see how you put together his cracky aspects with serious character development and thought without losing the essential crack!

I'm sorry Lien is such an ass to him, too, but she's personally offended by him being afraid of her and she's a bad person, so there's no real grounds for anything else there. AT LEAST I CAN PLAY WITH YOU WITH TOOTHLESS STILL.

Aw, thank you! I try to play different parts of him, otherwise I get burned out on the crack.

DON'T BE SORRY I'll definitely thread with Lien again sometime. Somehow, I think your special pirate relationship with Luffy will stay with you and Luffy, though. Yay, Toothless, I still love how you play him!

Yeeeah, our pirate tolerhate relationship does tend to rely on him being impervious to insults. SO IT GOES.

This was super interesting! Also Luffy has feelings RE: Damian/Vanya's thing with lying, too. I FIGURE THEY'LL TALK IT OUT EVENTUALLY.

And Zoro's probably the last person to push Usopp on this! Double hurrah!

Because in Zoro's mental dictionary, "hypocrite" does not exist. A lot of words are missing from there actually. USOPP THIS IS THE ONLY WAY HE CAN LOVE YOU JUST ACCEPT IT AND MOVE ON.

I love the timing of this lying thing btw. orz

Thank goodness for that. IT IS SO HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU SOMETIMES, ZORO, THE WORLD IS NOT ALWAYS BLACK AND WHITE! Also, we can't all throw buildings.

In the very back of his mind, as Zoro trains obsessively in the crow's nest and kind-of avoids Vanya because LOL EXPRESSING EMOTIONS PROPERLY, he wonders how Usopp manages to be so good at this lying thing.

Maybe barns for dolls? That would be a good starting point.

Pssht, he ISN'T. Also, most of his lies are about himself, not others. Don't worry, Zoro, you did pretty good until she found out.

By the by, how DID Vanya find out? You got a link? Or was it off-screen?
