Friday Hillary came over and we made delicious tacos. Then we met up with Alison and saw Pan's Lanyrinth, which was awesome. I want to take an old friend of mine to see it, but she has been really busy. After the movie I went home and made tunamelts and oatmeal cookies for some residents as a bribe so that I could be admitted to Girl's Night.
Saturday I went to Seattle for Colin's improv comedy show. It was really funny, as expected. I walked to Dick's and got some burgers with friends; it was a fantastic slopfest.
Following slopfest, we enjoyed hang time at Colin's. Every time I go visit him he introduces me to a bunch of people from Seattle U, as I will hopefully be going there next year. He especially tries to introduce me to girls; he has some unquenchable desire to introduce me to "the one." I think he just wants to be my best man. This time he actually introduced me to a really cool gal named Kat.
Today Laura came over and we watched a chick-flick for, I think, the third Sunday in a row. This week we watched Ghosts, which she had not seen. It's becoming a fun little tradition.
I have been reading some short stories by J.D. Salinger that Alison gave me for my birthday. They are wonderful but sad. I hope the weather gets better; I want to go hiking more.
