Brag and Bounce!

Honours and Acclaim

I feel greatly honoured to have had my works recognised by my peers. I would be less than truthful if I said these things did not mean much to me. I truly value all comments and feedback. And, although it may seem like bragging, I needed to move these banners from my User Info page, so here they will reside.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me in my writing!

I write like Arthur Conan Doyle

I Write Like by Mémoires, Mac journal software. Analyze your writing!

Of course, at the time, I had not realised it was a bit of a scam.

It works by name recognition, so if your work is full of references to Holmes, Watson, and Lestrade, you too have written like Arthur Conan Doyle. Congratulations!

To test this theory, all you need to do is a global replacement on the names in your work, substituting for example, Samwise, Frodo, and Pippin for Holmes, Watson, and Lestrade. Then, run it through the analyser. Congratulations, you now write like Tolkien!
