CHL Off Limits carrying
As a CHL Instructor/License Holder, I am well aware that the CHL (Concealed Handgun License) disallows the holder to carry in certain locations.
One can view all of these locations at Packing.org. In the states of Michigan and Texas, licensed individuals CANNOT carry in a place of worship.
That's too bad, perhaps this woman would be alive today if such a restriction did not exist.
Only the law-abiding citizens, abide by the law, so ANY restriction is geared towards the "Good Guys".
