Just sent a toon submission off to the West Valley View. Their toon section is really, really weak. It's Goodyear's newspaper. Carmen gave me a copy. She said I oughtta try them. She's clairvoyant, ya know. Her predictions for me for 2002 were: Wendy would come back to me in August, but go back to him by October. I'd get to go to the McCartney concert, and go backstage to meet him. I'd meet a hottie working at Target and we'd git it on. By December me and Carrie would be together and on the way to husband and wife. I wouldn't go to Disneyland. Mike would sell his script in November, two more radio appearances and he'd get his own show.
So how wrong could she be about the West Valley View?
If this leads to toon fame and fortune she gets the car, though. I made an annoucement in August that whoever gets me toon work that leads to international syndication of my comic strip with animated holiday specials and unending merchandise I will buy them the car of their choice up to $50,000 the first year I make two million dollars in merchandising loot.
My own clairvoyent powers have been acting up a lot lately, too. Dreams, thoughts that happen within hours. Hopefully my dream with the lottery ticket pays off tonight. If it does, I'll buy Leesa a house and car, and of course give Cait the M*A*S*H DVDs.
