Okay so. The clerk at Joann's asked me if I'm related to Corey Feldman.
It has been probably 15 years since someone's asked me that. I loled so hard. It really made my day.
(for the record the answer is no...our name is spelled the German Gentile way. But I do have a cousin named Cory!)

I'm going to be pretty damn busy for the next month and a half. I'm still working on those 3 commissions (giant jobs are giant...and also slow when customers don't get back to you on details) plus working on stock for my Geek-kon table. And trying to squeeze in freelance work so I have some ready cash instead of waiting for customers to pay me. So if I disappear from the internet for long periods of time, don't be surprised. I'm considering hiatusing, too, but Geddoe's too involved in the plot for me to just drop off the face of the earth right now. Maybe I'll do two out of three, idk. The only people who care about interacting with Alastair are on my f-list, so guys? Do you need him or can I hiatus?
I'm making a stuffed dragon for my nephew's birthday, and discovered that the pattern isn't too terrible so I'm going to make 3 of the 4 dragons from HP: Goblet of Fire. The Hungarian Horntail is going to be beautiful. I hope someone will buy him for lots of money, even though I'm making all three of them out of fabric from my stash. FREE FABRIC MEANS MO MONEY AWW YEAH.
