Also...thanks for comments that people have been posting - I have yet to unscreen all of them as I am busy every day -- focusing on upcoming events/goals/bullshit.
I've been doing well thus far on my diet, skipping out on Pizza Hut (AT Pizza Hut might I add), and a barbeque today -- dogs and burgers. I had a Salad - just greens with some tuna/salmon with some spices/NO dressing. Going for a run here soon (too bad it's 35 fuckin' degrees out)...so depending on my asthma and cold air, it might turn into a walk. Went to the store and got some things for the diet. Chicken breast, turkey burgers, salad, whole grain wheat bread, oatmeal, white potatoes, egg whites, salmon, bananas, apples and spinach.
My friend Tony aka Toe-Knee has been consulting a proper diet for what I am looking for...it's too hard to do what everyone else wants to do because it's what they need for their workouts/diet plans. Many people want me to workout with them, but their goals are alot different then mine. Tony has been great with advice and everything seems to be going well. I have cut out cigarettes and beer completely. I am sure that sooner or later I will have an alcoholic beverage, but until then I need to stick to my "water only" plan until I am confident enough to drink something else. This is tough...especially if you know of my sinful craving for chocolate milk, lol.
Advice...go watch the movie "THE REAPING"...it's a good horror movie. I was impressed. AND, GRINDHOUSE looks sweet...but I am most psyched about Rob Zombie's premake of HALLOWEEN -- the trailer is online somewhere...I'm psyched. Michael...he is the original. He is pure evil.
