Blabbermouth.net has some news about this year's Golden Gods Awards.
It seems that William Shatner will be getting an honorary "Headbanger of the Year" award. Plus "members of Dethklok" will appear.

The 2011 Revolver Golden Gods Awards presented by Epiphone will include appearances from rock's most iconic and influential artists, as well as rising stars, including host Chris Jericho, Rob Zombie, Dave Navarro, Vinnie Paul, Taylor Momsen, Wayne Static, Mike Portnoy, and members of ALICE IN CHAINS, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, DETHKLOK, MEGADETH, ANTHRAX, FEAR FACTORY, MACHINE HEAD and many more.
Remember that Gene Hoglan is also the drummer for the current line-up of Fear Factory and Scott Ian, who did a voice in season 3, is a member of Anthrax. So who knows who will appear.
The broadcast of the awards will be on May 28 on VH1 Classic.
