LAST UPDATED 20 WEEKS AGO
Damn it has been a really long time since I've done anything at all with my personal LJ. I figured I'd finally POST SOMETHING but I'm not sure what, now that I've actually started. Uh.. I guess I'll just list some random stuff that's happen during this summer.
-Started playing Runes of Magic, basically a free ripoff of WoW. It was and still is pretty fun, but the fact that cash shop players have a serious advantage over those who don't use it is starting to chip away at me.
-Got a virus the other day and I had to reformat my computer. It was a pretty bad one, too, it wouldn't even let my computer boot. Damn porn sites. Anyways it wasn't too bad since I just took my harddrive out and transferred what few files I wanted to keep and then wiped it all. Everything is up and running now. I'd been wanting to do it for awhile now and the virus just added a bit of extra incentive.
-Steam is basically dead to me.
-I GOT MY XBOX 360 BACK FINALLY. It Red Ring of Death'd on me and the friend who sold it to me took forever to fix it, but I have it back and it's been working fine. Now I just need to get some more games for it.
~As a sidenote, I am still beastly at Soul Calibur IV.
~I am now beastly at Halo 3
-I heard there's a PS3 price drop, I think that it's around 200 now. Thinking of getting it.
-PSP Go came out. I'm waiting for news of someone being able to hack it.
-I have a fabulous Summer Job that consists of me going about my regular life and being paid 3-400 dollars every few weeks for it.
-Bank of America has such cool ATMs, I love just going in and using my equally cool Hello Kitty debit card. All the other options where sports teams, military themes, colleges, or a tree or something. Hello Kitty > Those
-Spent some more time with a girl that I like. It's going well, I think. I hope.
-Summer reading is about 1/5 of the way down. I'm halfway done with one of four books that I have to read. Of course, they fall into my school's ridiculously stupid categories that EVERY enforced reading material does. There is the book about black people, there is the book about some silly white people, there is the book about poverty, and the random war book. I'm reading the poverty one, it's surprisingly interesting.
-I need to find some colleges.
-Goddamn, I'm SEVENTEEN?
-I'm thinking of building a new computer. Mostly because of this case my friend showed me, which has got to be the most http://www.xoxide.com/auzentech-gmc-bulldozer-case.html
-My desk is messy.
-My dipshit of a friend got into a fight with his father and brother, is being sent to court for two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, has a restraining order on him keeping him from his father, his house, and his father's workplace for the next year, and has been staying at my house for the past month or so. I call him Hobo Joe.
-I want to punch people.
-I need to get new glasses.
-My sneakers literally fell apart the other day. I'm getting some Air Force Is.
I suppose that's all for now of my vastly interesting summer. I HOPE YOU, MY SMALL FRIENDSLIST, ENJOYED THIS WEIRD BULLET POINT TL;DR JOURNAL ENTRY. Now none of you can say I never update. I just do it every 20 weeks or so.
