C. Circumstances of Conception: Shield discovered Bucky's body in a cryo chamber after a mission in Russia. They revived him and helped him get back into the world. He grew rather attached to Commander Maria Hill through his training. It was Steve that encouraged him to ask the woman out. They got drunk on Tequila and he spoke dirty to her in Russian. Sex happened. That was how Steve was conceived.

+ He's a theater actor on Broadway. He's actually really good. Bucky and Maria try to make it to almost every show.
+ His parents finally got married after his little sister was born. He was Bucky's best man along with Steve Rogers.
