china go and chicago
this past weekend has been wonderful, awesome and fun.
friday i drove up to chicago. i didnt get lost once and we made it up there in pretty good time. the look on my mom's face when we walked up onto the porch was worth the drive up...it makes me tear up a little.
saturday was spent at my dad's and the going away party at Brenda's. lots of drinking, laughing and just chilling with my family.
sunday was Six Flags Great America. it was the most perfect day at an amusement park and i can think of no other people i would have rather been with(Kristi and my cousin Artie). we round all the roller coasters, spent time in the water park and had fun. the best roller coaster was "Superman" where you are strapped in and go flying off like superman. WOW!!! that was great.
sunday was woodfield mall and cheesecake factory for lunch. and then the drive home.
now im back, im at work and i fell the pressing need to go home to my family..but i cant. i feel this empty place inside me. i need to go do something.
