The plan to manage my anxiety:
-I know that aerobic exercise, like running, is three times more effective than prosac and similar drugs. So, the plan is to get in at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise everyday.
-Everytime I get angry or frustrated I have to do 10 push ups or a couple jumping jacks to get some endorphins pumping.
-Color in my coloring book at night (it is proven to relieve stress, stop laughing).
-Consume less caffiene, that way I'm less hyped up.
-Plan and try to get a good night's sleep every night.
-Stay positive. Stop the self-depricating comments, calling myself fat, caring about things that are out of my control. Tell myself everyday I'm going to do well on the GRE, that my project for the conference will be fine.
-Breathe.
