OfficeMax Vent, Orchid Lane stuff, and gyn appt.

I am scheduled for zero hours at OfficeMax next week. Matt said it was because he "wasn't sure" when my availability for my new job started. I kind of think that's a load of crap, since from my note I said "from now on, I can only work Mondays and Tuesdays." Which means, from the start of that note, all schedules afterwards are subject to that restriction. That seems pretty simple to me.

I know that previously someone was not fired, but just given zero hours every week and they eventually got the hint and stopped coming. I can't remember if that was under the old regime of Joel and John, or if it was recent enough to be something Matt and Abe did. I really hope that Matt really is just obtuse. Am I really that shitty of an employee, that just because I can only work two days a week (I would be perfectly willing to work full 8 hour days if that's what they wanted and needed)? No, because Twizzle only works there two days a week and Kelly sucks so much they only schedule her one day a week (she's available to work four days, or at least she was before she got another job).

I hope I'm just job paranoid, and that my note wasn't as clear as I thought.

I have a gyn appointment today to talk about my birth control. I'm on the patch, which is also known as Ortho Evra. I have problems with it, and I haven't taken care of it for almost a full year cos it's so damn hard to get an appointment with my current doctor. I'm going to get another one just cos I can't deal with that inconvenience when I'm only in Ann Arbor a total of four months out of the year.

I'm working construction crew again today. I don't know when, I'm supposed to call after my appointment. I'm apparently going to be helping the electrician? I'm a bit worried. Can I lift a few things and do some mindless labor? Sure. Do I know anything about carpentry, power tools, gas, electric or anything else? No. We'll see how it goes.

I really wish it were yesterday again. I had a really good dinner, which of course was made by Kyle.

I should probably eat something and then walk to the bus stop. I'll probably just get a cheap something to eat after the appointment and before work.
