I'm hysterical right now.
Have any of you read or seen Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes? It's a classic. Anyways, the whole eighth grade had to watch the movie after reading a snippet of the story. I thought it would be boring, but what happened? I ended up sitting at my desk bawling my eyes out. So sad! Does anyone have a spare teddy bear or something? I'm in desperate need of something to snuggle. Tear.
Just felt like sharing. If you haven't read or seen it, I highly suggest you do! It's really touching and heart breaking about a mentally disabled man who just wants to be smart.
Now, If anyone needs me, I'll be in front of the TV with a bowl of popcorn watching some pointless animated Disney movie with a happy ending to make me feel better. C:
