"Did He Just Say Fist Conrad Birdie?"
Wow, so I haven't posted in so long. Well here's a little quick rundown.
Spring Break was fun. Their was camping on beaches, singing for Peggy, La Jolla Shores, and fighting with family. All in all Amy and I had a great time. First time on a plane with a significant other. What fun it was.
We came back from break and put a scene together very quickly. It's "Nothin Like A Dame" from South Pacific. I thoroughly enjoy it. I even had ot buy the swimsuit issue to use a s prop. Sad day for me huh.
Amy and I got cast in Bye Bye Birdie, down in Denver. It's a month long run , and my first paying theatre gig, which it pretty cool. However driving down every day is pretty crazy, but we make do with energy drinks and caffeine.
I'm staying up here in CO this summer, but I'll be home for about a week right at the end of the school year. So if you wanna hang out, lemme know, cuz I have to drive the car back up to CO so I can work.
I just got my classes for my SENIOR year in COLLEGE. Holy shit that came up quick. Basically I have make-up, practicum, showcase, astronomy, geography, and choir. After that it's one theatre class and some gen eds just to get enough credits. I'm almost done, and into the "real world"
How long will it take me to wind up flat broke in LA or NY? My idea is if I go out there flat broke I have nowhere to go but up. Who knows but it'll be fun either way.
Well I'll see a bunch of you very soon I hope. I'm pissed I'll be home a week, and I won't be able to do anything with Matt cuz he'll be in school, but I might make him play hookie with me one day.
