I'm very excited about today's recs because they are all from my Next Gen OTP. :D Which reminds me, hp_nextgen_fest starts posting in less than a month! \o/
But in the meantime, some lovely James Sirius/Scorpius fics and art recs for you. :)
Title: Escape Route and Undertow

Warnings: Very light cross dressing in the second fic, and by cross dressing if knickers count
My Notes: These two fics, you should read them together. The first is James trying to escape Scorpius's bed - it doesn't go well, or rather it goes very well? Depending on your point of view. ;) And the second is the other way around, Scorpius is trying to evade James, and it goes very well, not for the evading, but trust me, it goes fabulously. Did I mention this part is smoking hot? Because that's the first thing I should have said: It's smoking hot. James knows exactly what Scorpius likes. Oh yes. So yummy.

Warnings: Very lightly Veela fic.
My Notes: This fic is just so lovely. It turns out the Potters have Veela genes, and Scorpius is convinced that's why he has these ~feelings~ for James, which turn into anger when James is around as Scorpius tries to deny them. Only James is absolutely charming, and Scorpius soon starts to see the real James. It's sweet and lovely. Will leave you with a smile on your face. :) <-- like that. ^^

My Notes: This story is sexy, it's so sexy, but it has so many feels, too! There's pining and miscommunication and it's all so gorgeous and feelzy, it has he most amazing ending and, gods, yes, yes, you'll love them. And you'll love James freckles and Al. You'll see. TRUST ME.

My Notes: I loved this fic. You see, the Malfoy-Potter household is a very dysfunctional place. We have Scorpius who might or not might be pining after Harry, and we have James, very concerned about that situation, :D We have Harry and Draco as paternal figures - and let me tell you, Draco in particular, is awesome. They have this crazy rule, that you are going to love, and then we have James helping Scorpius, taking him out with friends, and of course, there's lovely smut. :D
Title: "Getting There" Outtakes and Extras

My Notes: This was SUCH a treat to find! The thing, I recced Getting There to a friend, and he loved it so much he went through the author's journal and then told me about all these extras, which was brilliant, truly. There are little bits of extra scenes from the original story, there are prequels (Remus/Sirius), sequels and James meeting the Malfoys and it's simply amazing to some years after GT ends and how James and Scorpius are doing. It's <33. If you have read Getting There, you're going to love these extras. And you haven't, Read it!!!! You'll fall in love with this pairing. :)

My Notes: This little drabble is fucking hilarious, let me tell you! In which Scorpius is a complete cheat at filling The Quibbler's cross word, and James tries to set him right. Quite impossible. Absolutely adorable, and LOL funny! And the art. Okay. Scorpius wearing glasses!! And him and James being blissfully domestic and perfect.
