So glad you've continued with this series! And Buffy has a right to be suspicious, I think. That's a remarkable turnaround for a trauma so major, and of course, we know the real conversation between Giles and Dr Clarke. And he's avoiding her, which is a HUGE indicator, probably because he knows that if he's with her for an extended period of time, she'll see through his carefully crafted world.

But hey, clean house and a clean Giles. Always a plus! So something has shaken loose.
