funny story... this is how my day started.

Kent,
As I said below I had no problem with the you not being in on the 22nd as long as there was no missed time between then and the 22nd I know of at least 2 days you have missed since you sent this email requesting the 22nd off as we have discussed you are an integral part of our success and I can not afford to have you miss what turns out to be 10 percent of the working days. I think it is time you made a decision so I am removing my approval for you to be out on the 22nd as you have not lived up to your part of the agreement. I am sending this email to TCML and any further absences or late arrivals in the next 30 days will be cause to remove you from the project. As I have told you before when you are here and into it your work is excellent so losing you would be a blow but we need to have you here everyday and at your scheduled time. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me or Lee Mccartney at TCML.

Friday is our show in Kentucky so, as you can see this put a huge weight on me this morning. This was directly before I got a copy of this letter that was sent to him from a customer.

Good Morning,

I'd like to express our thanks for the wonderful service we get from Kent. He is always helpful, reliable, friendly - providing top notch customer service. We appreciate having someone who is so knowledgeable - and who we can count on to get the job done in a timely and correct manner. He is very conscientious about doing a good job and we have a habit of bombarding him with requests.

Thanks again,

Linda

Funny how things work sometimes, but I guess this is life.
