In Vienna Now, got in from Paris a few hours ago. Despite what tv and movies make you think paris is not a romantic city, it smells like a sewer on a hot day at the best of times. Eiffel tower looks like a big rusting oil derrick, impressive in size, and fact that it hasn't fallen over yet despite the apparent lack of maintenance. We spent most of our time sitting in the Peace & Love bar, and drinking down by the canals, way more fun that touristy crap. Eccentric british girl thinks I am cool, met a Wayne Coyn look-a-like at bar. Almost everyone that we met here was canadian, three american guys we meet confused by this. Hostel room is absurdly humid despite dehumidifier running nonstop.

Amsterdam was fun. The first night we went drinking then wandered around the red light district, and came to the conclusion that all of the netherlands attractive women became prostitutes, but not all prostitutes were attractive. Richard almost got his organs harvested while were were there. 18 person dorms are not good, especially when the top bunk is 7 feet off the ground, and the only way to get on or off was via a rickety chair.

Old gypsy lady tried to pick my pocket in germany, fails as I don't keep stuff in back pocket. I hope the guy who invented the money belt is still alive so I can kill him. So far I am 300 euros underbudget, since we're travelling to eastern europe tomorrow I don't forsee this changing.
