I think I've discovered the cause of this migraine cycle: the weather. It's snowing right now. It's supposed to only be snow showers, but it's a lot heavier than that. It's pretty cold right now so I'm assuming it's ocean-effect snow. I'm going to try and work for at least 1/2 a day today.

I'm feeling pretty meh right now.
