Well, this sucks
Older Brother called to say that one of our favorite restaurants just burned to the ground in Buzzard's Bay. The place was an Italian restaurant that had been in the same location for several generations. They are best known for their prime rib specials Wednesdays and Saturdays. Husband was pretty bummed because he was going to choose here for his birthday dinner at the end of the month.
There are several eyewitness posts on the Cape Cod Times website.
Apparently there were almost 30 people already there eating when the fire broke out late this afternoon. The one saving grace is that no one was injured.
Hopefully they will rebuild.
