NCIS Flashfic challenge - "Five Things"
Here's my ncis_flashfic story. Most of you have probably already read it. I'm posting it here for myself.

Title: Five Things That Won’t Happen to Agent Tommy

Tony, Ziva, and McGee were seated in the bullpen. It was a slow day; all the reports from the previous day’s case had been filed and approved. All three, with varying states of concentration, sat at their desks working on cold cases.
McGee had a cold case file open on his desk, but Tony could see that McGee had a blank pad of paper on top of the file. McGee was staring at the pad of paper, his chin on his hand, while he tapped a pencil on the side of his head.
“What’s the matter McGee, not-writer’s-block again?” asked Tony. “Ziva, let’s see how we can help McGee with our favorite characters, Agent Tommy and Officer Lisa.”
“Thanks for the help the two of you, but I’m an experienced fiction writer. I can overcome this on my own.” McGee replied.
“What type of problem McGee?” Tony asked. “Plot lapse? A plot hole we could drive the truck through? Continuity issues?” I’m sure I can jump start your writing. I mean, how hard can it be fictionalizing our cases?”
“Yes”, said Ziva, “Tony can help you with creative writing. I’ve seen his case reports.”
Tony glared briefly at Ziva.
While Tony was talking, McGee had quickly jotted down a list of items. McGee said, “Hey thanks guys. You’ve given me some ideas to think about”.
As McGee looked up, Tony snatched the list off McGee’s desk and began to read it aloud to Ziva. “Five Things That Won’t Happen to Agent Tommy.”
“Number 5:” Tony said, “Agent Tommy will not have a torrid love affair with an internationally-known fashion model.”
“Geez, Tim, you don’t have to project your insecurities on poor Agent Tommy now do you?” Tony complained.
Ziva laughed. Tony again glared at Ziva and said, “Watch out Zeevah, McGeek didn’t rule out Officer Lisa as one of Agent Tommy’s playthings.”
At that McGee said, “Read Number 4 Tony.”
Tony looked at the list again and read,
“Number 4: Agent Tommy will not break Officer Lisa’s heart.”
Ziva huffed a little and said, “That’s perfectly obvious. Both Agent Tommy and McGee know better than to do that to Officer Lisa. She can hurt them both.”
“Number 3: Agent Tommy will never be framed for a crime.”
“Amen to that”, said Tony.
“Number 2: Agent Tommy will never engage in any OOC behavior.”
“OOC? What the hell is that McGeek?” Tony asked.
“Out-of-character behavior Tony.” McGee replied.
Again Ziva laughed, “Isn’t all of Agent Tommy’s behavior - what is the phrase - over the top?”
“Number 1. Agent Tommy will never die in one of my stories. Never. Period.”
At this moment Gibbs came around the corner, barking at the team to grab their gear because they had a dead sailor found in a local park. As Tony walked past McGee’s desk he looked at McGee and gave Tim one of his half smiles. In a low voice he said, “Thanks Tim.”
