Just another day
So I said to Husband the other night, "Are we going to do what we usually do for Valentine's Day?"
And he said, "You mean nothing?"
Me: "Yes"
Him: "Probably"
All holidays (and every day in fact) are "All About the Boy". I got Son a big stuffed animal and the DVD Open Season.
I got Husband a card. I may not even be getting a card, because Husband threw his back out badly shoveling on Monday, and he's not moving around very well. He told me last night that he hadn't been able to get a card yet.
*Shrugs*
I don't need a card or anything to know that he loves me. We've been together for over 16 years and we have our son.
